Liposuction is the removal of fat cells that lie between the skin and the muscles. The amount of fat cells in a body is fixed; weight gain occurs when these increase in size. When these fat cells are removed they do not grow back. Since not all fat cells can or should be removed, a health regimen to maintain the weight-loss is essential.

Liposuction in India is becoming increasingly popular.
